Influenza can cause days of fever, chills, cough, sore throat, head and even muscle aches. On average, 36,000 people die each year from the flu and over 200,000 individuals are hospitalized from flu complications such as viral or bacterial pneumonia, congestive heart failure, diabetes, and the worsening of chronic medical conditions.
We know how important your time is and that's why Glendale Adventist's Occupational Medicine Center offers flu vaccinations for your employees at your worksite. Our professional medical staff will come to your worksite and administer flu vaccinations to your employees and provide educational information on flu prevention. Your employees' health is important to your company's bottom line and exposure to the flu can lead to illness and compromise productivity.
In addition to regular flu vaccinations, we also offer:
- H1N1 immunization clinics (when vaccine available)
- Hepatitis B immunizations
