*Includes base salary, incentives and partial reimbursement for CA and DEA licenses. Board Prep/Conference Allowances are not included as they vary according to level and designation by Program Director. Residents also receive $200.00 book allowance per calendar year. Up to $1,000 in incentive bonus for early licensing also offered.
