Healthline celebrates cancer survivors! Melina Thorpe, director of Cancer Services at GAMC talks about the services and treatments offered at the hospital and her very recent fight with breast cancer. Guadalupe Mendoza, another cancer survivor, talks about her journey through treatment and what helped support her along the way. Pamela King, positive image coordinator, gives an insight into the non-clinical treatments including support groups, creative writing and dance classes all aimed at the health and well being of cancer survivors and those undergoing treatment.
