The Glendale Adventist Spine Institute is conveniently located:

Lee Hughes Medical Building
1500 Chevy Chase Drive, Suite 401A

(Southwest side of the Glendale Adventist Medical Center campus at the corner of Sinclair and Chevy Chase Drive)

• Validated parking is provided for Spine Institute patients that park in the West Tower parking garage, immediately adjacent to the Lee Hughes Medical Building.
• Easy patient drop off is available in round-about in front of the Lee Hughes Medicine Building.

CA-110 North to the I-5/Golden State Fwy North toward Sacramento.
Take the I-5/ Golden State Fwy North to the CA-2/Glendale Fwy North toward Glendale. 
Exit Holly Drive, turn left.
Take 1^st left onto Harvey Drive.
Take 1^st right onto Wilson Terrace.
Turn Right at Sinclair.
Turn Right at Chevy Chase Drive. 
Turn Right at Hospital Drive. 
Proceed to the West Tower Parking garage or stop first in the round-about in front of the Lee Hughes Medical Building to drop someone off for an appointment.

FROM PASADENA
CA-134 West. Exit 9A for Harvey Drive, turn right. 
Turn left onto Wilson Terrace.
Turn Right at Sinclair.
Turn Right at Chevy Chase Drive. 
Turn Right at Hospital Drive. 
Proceed to the West Tower Parking garage or stop first in the round-about in front of the Lee Hughes Medical Building to drop someone off for an appointment.

 FROM BURBANK
I-5/Golden State Fwy South to CA-134 East. 
Take exit 9B for Harvey Drive, turn left. 
Turn left onto Wilson Terrace.
Turn Right at Sinclair.
Turn Right at Chevy Chase Drive. 
Turn Right at Hospital Drive.

 FROM LA CANADA/FLINTRIDGE
CA-2 South/I-210 West toward CA-2 South/San Fernando. 
Take CA-2 South toward Los Angeles. 
Exit Holly Drive, turn right.

Turn Right at Sinclair.
