 The Grateful Patient Program is a thoughtful way to recognize the excellent care you or loved one has received at Glendale Adventist Medical Center.
Patients or their families can donate as a way of saying thank you to their doctor, nurse, therapist or any member of the health care team that has made a memorable contribution to the patient's health and well-being.
Upon receipt of your special gift, a card will be given to the health care professional that you wish to honor. You will receive an official receipt for tax purposes along with our thanks!
