Q. How do I know which positions are open for me to apply for?
A. Applications are accepted for open positions only. There are three primary ways to find out which positions are open:
- Click here to go directly to the employment section of the hospital's website, then search for the job you're interested in. This section is updated once per week. Jobs are listed in alphabetical order.
- Call the Job Hotline at 818-409-8JOB. That number is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is updated continuously.
All open positions are also posted on the job board in front of the Human Resources Department at Glendale Adventist Medical Center, located at 1509 Wilson Terrace in Glendale.
Q. How do I apply for a position?
A. Please go to the job listings on our website, find the job you are interested in, and fill out the online application. When the Human Resources staff receives your application, you will be notified by e-mail of any required screening processes that need to take place.

Q. How do I find out if I am qualified for the position I am interested in?
A. When a job is posted, qualifications for the job will be posted, too.
Q. How do you screen applicants for positions?
A. Each open position requires specific qualifications that must be met before the applicant can advance further in the process. Most positions also have pre-employment testing involved, whether it is in computer or written format.
After you apply for the position, you will be notified through e-mail about any test that is required. After testing, the recruiter will review all applications and forward the most qualified ones to the appropriate person in the department that is seeking to fill the position.
