Hearts on Display at Glendale Adventist Medical Center
A selection of one-of-a-kind hearts designed by artists from the Avenue 50 Studio Gallery are now proudly displayed at the Heart & Vascular Institute at Glendale Adventist Medical Center. The artists who created the hearts will be at the hospital on Thursday, Oct. 27 at 4:30 PM to help dedicate the wall of hearts.
"We believe that art helps us provide a powerful healing environment for our patients. So when Avenue 50 Studio in Highland Park approached us with an opportunity to display their artists' work, we were very excited to accept," said Rob Marchuk, vice president of Ancillary Services at Glendale Adventist Medical Center.
Avenue 50 Studio is a non-profit arts presentation organization grounded in Latino/a culture and visual arts. They seek to bridge cultures through artistic expressions using content-driven art to educate and stimulate intercultural understanding.
