Pay Your Bill Online

We know you've come to Glendale Adventist to get better. Patient Financial Services is here to make the billing process as painless as possible.

Patient Financial Services is made up of several departments: Admitting and Registration as well as the Patient Business Office, which is repsonsible for all billing and collections.

When you register, we open a patient account in your name where we will record all financial transactions related to your care. If you have given us insurance information, our Patient Business Office will submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf and will keep you informed of the outcome.

We have created the following pages to help address your Patient Financial Services questions.

If you have additional questions or concerns about your admitting, registration or patient billing needs, please contact the GAMC Patient Financial Services Department at (818) 409-8200 or complete a help request form.

Patient Financial Services is made up of three main departments, Admitting, Registration and the Patient Business Office, which is responsible for all patient billing efforts for the hospital.

It is important to remember that most doctors are independent practitioners, not hospital employees or agents. This means that they will bill you and/or your insurance company separately. You will receive their bill from them seperately from the hospital.
