Descanso Family Practice
Dr. Cornell is the Medical Director of the Descanso Family Practice. This is a newly launched satellite Family Practice in the picturesque Verdugo Hills. He has expertise in Practice Management and Rural Medicine.
Dr. Cornell graduated from Loma Linda University and is also a former resident of Glendale Adventist, FMRP. He took a teaching position with FMRP in August 1995. Dr. Cornell has a rich medical/teaching history that includes a Clinical Professorship at University of Washington (School of Medicine). He was Chief of Staff at Odessa Memorial Hospital in Odessa, Washington.
Dr. Cornell enjoys sports, especially volleyball, wrestling and Twister. Can you make music on any of these instruments: bongos, voicebox, recorder, electric bass, guitar, trombone or cello? Dr. Cornell can.
