(A) New Patient Care Tower
At the center of the campus project is the new Patient Care Tower, offering seven stories for expanded patient care, including a larger emergency department, spacious surgery suites, private patient rooms, a new cardiovascular center, an intensive care unit, and more.

(B) New Medical Office Building
As a separate investor-owned project, a new, four-story medical office building will provide offices for dozens of physicians seeking space on our campus, while also offering greater convenience to other health care services for their patients.

(C) Ambulatory Surgical Center
Located on the first floor of the Medical Office Building, and also funded by a separate investor-owned venture, the new 16,000 sq. ft. ambulatory surgery center will offer four large surgery suites, one procedure room, and the latest equipment for a wide variety of outpatient surgeries, one of the fastest growing areas in health care.

(D) New Parking Structure
Approximately 500 parking spaces will be added in a parking structure at the Chevy Chase entrance, giving easier access to the new emergency department, the Patient Care Tower and other services.

(E) Easier Campus Access
When the new Patient Care Tower is completed, a new boulevard will be constructed to run through the middle of the campus, connecting the current Wilson Terrace entrance on the south side with the Chevy Chase entrance on the west side. The new road will simplify access, especially for people seeking medical attention in our emergency department.
